To book a new assessment with any of our therapists, you can call 250 314-0788. Most of our therapists also allow direct online booking of new assessments. PLEASE READ THE DESCRIPTIONS CAREFULLY WHEN BOOKING ONLINE. New patients and previous patients booking for a new injury must NOT book a 30-minute appointment. Current patients must only book online with their current treatment provider(s). Incorrect booking could result in your appointment needing to be cancelled or rescheduled. Please ensure we have your email and/or phone number so we can contact you to ensure your visit goes smoothly.
Jessica Abt MScPT Registered Physiotherapist
Jessica is a graduate of the Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy program at the University of Alberta. She prioritizes an individualized and client centered approach to treatment. Jessica has completed her training in Anatomical Neuropathic Intramuscular Stimulation (ANIMS). She uses IMS, education, exercise and manual therapy in treating her patients. She is looking forward to helping her clients reach their recovery goals and return to meaningful activities. Outside of the clinic, Jessica can be found mountain biking, snowboarding and weightlifting. She loves to explore all the outdoor adventures that our area has to offer!

Catherine completed her Physiotherapy degree from the University of Alberta in 2004. She welcomes the diversity of all types of patients and strives to ensure lasting relief from pain and dysfunction. Catherine’s has obtained advanced education and skills in Vestibular Rehabilitation, Manual Therapy, Trigger Point Dry Needling, Anatomical Acupuncture, Concussion and Temporomandibular Dysfunction Management.. Jacob Coelho MPT Registered Physiotherapist
Jacob graduated with a Masters of Physiotherapy from the University of British Columbia in 2022. He has a keen interest in musculoskeletal and neurological injuries and is currently furthering his education in orthopaedic manual therapy. Jacob has completed his training in Anatomical Neuropathic Intramuscular Stimulation (ANIMS), and uses IMS in his practice to help improve his patient’s function. Down the road he hopes to pursue further education in concussion and vestibular physiotherapy. Jacob prides himself in integrating an evidence-informed, multifaceted approach consisting of exercise-based therapy with hands-on treatment techniques to treat his patients. Jacob believes in creating a positive environment where he and his patients can work collaboratively to achieve their physiotherapy goals. Erin Graduated from the West Coast College of Massage Therapy in 2004. She practiced as a registered massage therapist in the Lower Mainland for many years, gaining experience in multidisciplinary clinics, in-home massage, and also practicing out of her home in Maple Ridge so that she could focus on raising her 2 sons. In 2018 Erin and her family relocated to Sun Peaks, where she took a short hiatus from her practice to continue focusing on her family. Now with her sons entering their final years of high school, Erin is excited to return to practicing massage. In her spare time, Erin enjoys skiing, mountain biking and yoga. Robert completed his physiotherapy training in 2006, graduating top of his class from the University of Western Ontario with a Masters in Physiotherapy. Robert’s career as a physiotherapist began in London, Ontario where he worked extensively with surgeons to treat surgical and non-surgical injuries involving the hip, knee and shoulder. Robert is the only Certified Hand Therapist in private practice in Kamloops. He has obtained post graduate certification in Advanced Manual Therapy, Intramuscular Stimulation (IMS) and Acupuncture. Kevin Stoll BScPT
Kevin grew up in Vernon, but moved to Vancouver to complete his university studies culminating in obtaining his Bachelors of Science in Physical Therapy in 1999 from the University of British Columbia. Since that time, Kevin worked exclusively in private practice in the Lower Mainland prior to joining Kamloops Physiotherapy and Sports injury Centre in 2018. Kevin has pursued continuing education throughout his career, and has always had a keen interest in Sports Medicine. Kevin has training in orthopaedic manual therapy, Mulligan techniques and in 2015 he became a Certified Gunn Intramuscular Stimulation Practitioner (CGIMS). He uses IMS as an adjunct in treating many conditions, particularly those involving the spine and nervous system. With his Diploma of Sport Physiotherapy and extensive experience working with professional and amateur sports organizations and the Canadian Olympic and Pan-American games teams, Kevin stands at the top of the Sport Physiotherapy community in Kamloops.

Lexis Rempel graduated from the Massage Therapy College of Manitoba (now re-named Evolve College of Massage Therapy) in 2007 in Winnipeg, Manitoba. Since graduating, Lexis has travelled from Manitoba to New Zealand to British Columbia, working in a variety of settings including physiotherapy, chiropractic and osteopathic clinics and spas. Lexis prefers being immersed in multidisciplinary clinics where a variety of therapists and practitioners can work together to optimize client care and to learn from each other. Their clinical focus has been varied, from treating sports, workplace and motor vehicle accident injuries, to addressing chronic pain due to disease and muscular and postural imbalance, as well as general health and wellness maintenance.
